First Call do not charge for a call out, we are clear and upfront about our pricing.

We charge £55* (£25 for diagnosing the fault of the appliance and a flat rate labour charge for the repair which is just £30*).  You will be asked to make a payment just when your appliance is ready to use.  All charges are irrelevant of the time spent and the type of the fault.  All rates exclude the cost of materials.  Any major parts needed are going to be extra to the above charges but you will be quoted on their prices first.

* For all Built In Appliances there is a £10 surcharge.

We accept payment by the following cash, credit or debit cards (Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit), handy when an unexcpteced repair is needed. We no longer accept cheques.
